We have been briefed to source an experienced Factory Manager by one of Africa's leading furniture manufacturers. They have a major presence within the region and work on some of the most well known and prestigious projects.

The Role
As an experienced Factory Manager you will have no less than 10 years of professional experience at this level and it is essential that you have a manufacturing background. You will have experience of managing a multi-cultural workforce and you will be familiar with the latest production equipment. You will have experience of working on high spec commercial and domestic furniture projects and managing the production teams to ensure that time and cost targets are achieved.
