Receiving applications from sales agents and ensuring all information is correctly filled and needed documents and down payments are in place according to ALICO standards. Entering applications data into the relevant system and screening them. Checking the accuracy of payment receipts from agents, clients, and coordinating with the Finance Department for settlements. Handling in-coming and outgoing mail. Preparing a list of issued policies and delivering it to the Sales Agents on a daily basis Develop retail & corporate products to adopt with market changing needs. Conduct regular research for gateways securing new business opportunities. Explore market potential for strategic alliances with third parties to secure flow of new business. Prepare high-level project, business and action plans for new projects. Develop all distribution channels through developing sales kits, tools and point of sale materials
Job Qualifications
Excellent organizational, administrative and follow up skills. Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills. Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic experience in a sales & marketing related environment. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Good command of computer literature (office applications & web-surfing) Command of third language and project management experience is an asset Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Very good English language Strong academic record Extremely active, ambitious and target-driven Excellent communication & selling skills |
