All types of welding, planning, training, quality and reporting. Ensures operating team activities are aligned with overall business objectives. Coordinate, manage and direct the duties of welding teams. Maintain and foster a safe work ethic. Report and document all accidents, incidents and non compliances with MCM policies. Maintain and communicate all maintenance related reports to management team.

Requirements:
5 - 7 years Mining Industry Experience. Arabic Language is a plus. Good verbal communication skill to facilitate the understanding of instructions. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Good analytical skills. Familiarity with best practices in Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental procedures.
