Our client is one of the largest companies in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Although their construction arm is relatively young the success to date has been second to none. With a total of 1.1m square feet of projects completed and another 775,000 under construction their success is attributed not only to their management team but also to the loyalty and dedication of their staff. Delivering the most prestigious projects in the region our client is looking for an experienced Finishes Manager to run a new retail development.

Requirements:
As a Finishes Manager you already know what is required of you for a role like this.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Supervising subcontractors to prepare sufficient detail drawing (shop drawing) if required.
• Coordination technical issues between different subcontractors.
• Checking the subcontractor s workmanship to reach a high standard finishing quality.
• To take over finished properties, preparing snag lists and finishing quality control.

To be successful in this role you will have 5+ years' experience in a similar role. Have a Good knowledge of different interior finishing materials (joinery, gypsum works, stone & tilling, etc.) and be trade qualified. Possess a proven ability to lead, influence and motivate others, ability to read and understand fit out drawings, good knowledge of fit out detailing and an expert in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. You must have recent experience in main contractor construction of retail developments. Knowledge of Azeri and/or Turkish language is not essential for applying to this position however will be an advantage.
