Job Description:

1. Visit, review and evaluate the current layouts and arrangements of all Saudi Aramco dining and snack bar facilities and equipment Kingdom wide.

2. Propose improvement for effective and safe utilization of space and equipment.

3. Inspect all equipment and submit recommendations for major maintenance and/or replacement of equipment.

4. Assess maintenance and equipment performance and develop a predictive and proactive plan.

5. Identify anticipated; major repairs, replacements to insure improved and continuous operation. Recommend sources for replacement of equipment.

6. Develop and implement a preventive and regular maintenance process to improve overall facilities and equipment effectiveness. Also, develop a computerized based monitoring system to insure effective implementation.

7. Develop operational procedure and training program for all facilities and equipment housekeeping. Conduct training on one-to-one basis or in classroom for designated personnel.

Requirements:
Required Qualification and Experience:

1. Bachelor Degree from an accredited College or University in Mechanical Engineering, with a reasonable background and knowledge to evaluate and design food facilities and equipment layouts etc.

2. At least five (5) years experience in the maintenance and food facilities and equipment, with an established record of progression to increasingly responsible positions. Able to successfully accomplish the identified tasks.

3. Desire to train others and willingness and ability to communicate new ideas.

4. Excellent communication in English language. Bilingual (English & Arabic) will be an add-on.
