Job Description:
1. Visit, review and evaluate the current layouts and arrangements of all Saudi Aramco dining and snack bar facilities Kingdom wide.

2. Review existing menus/recipes and recommend new recipe. Introduce new Middle Eastern and International menus to improve food service quality.

3. Review the current cooking techniques and recommend improvements.

4. Propose and implement necessary steps to improve cuisine and presentation of services.

5. Inspect the current utensils and kitchen equipment and recommend for reorganization and replacement.

6. Develop and implement a computerized program for food and beverages procedures for master recipes, menus and food costing etc.

7. Develop and implement operational procedures and training program for proper procurement, supplies, storage and production of food, food sanitation and customer relations. The program shall also include modern methods of food preparation, sanitation and hygiene codes, sanitary and safe maintenance of kitchen facilities and equipment.

8. Develop and monitor a quality control program to ensure that highest quality service is maintained.

9. Develop public relation and appropriate protocol procedures for executive level management and visitors.

10. Conduct training sessions for Saudi Aramco and its contractors' personnel, as directed by the Company Representative.

Requirements:
Required Qualification and Experience:
1. Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university in hotel or restaurant management, or related field.

2. At least five (5) years experience in the food service industry, with an established record of progression to increasingly responsible positions. Able to successfully accomplish the identified tasks.

3. Desire to train others and willingness and ability to communicate new ideas.

4. Excellent communication in English language. Bilingual (English & Arabic) will be an add-on.
