The Front of House Officer role is the entry point for opportunities within the Business Development Department.
After 6 months of service as a Front of House Officer, the candidate can be considered for other opportunities within Business Development following a training and development plan.
Summary of Duties
Walk-Ins
• Greet and direct all visitors, including clients, vendors, job candidates and others
• Respond to all client queries in a clear, polite and positive manner
• Manage the Front of House area
Gateway (Call Centre)
• Provide backup support to the Gateway (Call Centre)
• Answer client queries effectively and arrange suitable time for MA to call and book an appointment
General
• Assist with tasks associated with other teams within the Business Development Department:
• Filter leads ensuring quality referrals are passed onto Sales team.
Hours of Operation
Service Centre - Al Ain
• Opening Hours: 10AM to 10PM (Saturday to Thursday)
• FOH Officer Working Shifts: 10AM to 10PM
First shift 10AM to 6PM
Second shift 2PM to 10 PM
Requirements:
Candidate Experience & Accomplishments:
Preferred
• 1 year in a client facing role; or
• 1 year with a customer service centre; or
• 1 year as an administrative assistant.
Essential Candidate Skills & Qualifications:
Education
• High School Diploma; or
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university;
Computer Skills
• MS Outlook to manage calendar, contacts and e-mails.
• MS Word to prepare professional and accurate documents.
• MS Excel to manage and analyze data.
Language Skills
• English: Intermediate or Advanced level of speaking, writing, reading, listening, and comprehension skills.
• Arabic: Advanced level of speaking, writing, reading, listening, and comprehension skills. |
