Our client is a large local conglomerate.
one of their most successful divisions is a leading company that promotes strong international and leading heavy equipment brands.
The business has been growing heavily over the past few years and they now need to ensure that they continue its development whilst focusing on adding value to its customers.
They are now looking for a GM with full strategic and operational responsibilities. You will have full responsibility for P&L, budgets and working capital employed in the division. You will lead the growth and development of the business, evaluating, tendering and acquiring new projects. You will manage and direct all operations.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role you will:
• Have strong communication ability
• Be a seasoned negotiator and have strong decision making ability
• Extensive supervisory/managerial experience in a heavy equipment dealership level
• Have been responsible for sales, service and parts
• Have experience in building up and developing businesses in a region - ideally within MENA
• Be a proven leader bringing vision and execution capability to the organisation
• Strong financial skills
• A high level of interpersonal skills and able to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Able to interact and communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
Ideally you will have a relevant degree in Business or Engineering.
