We are looking to identify a seasoned General Manager of Property Management to head up the property management function, and to work closely with the residential and commercial leasing divisions as well as the facilities management team. The role focuses on the company's residential and commercial properties that vary in range from prestigious high rise office buildings, upscale residential apartments, automotive showrooms etc. This position carries the responsibility of maximising revenue and closely managing the operating costs to achieve optimum returns. Input to determine ideal leasing strategies also contributes to the requirements of this role. High customer service to the tenants ensuring their well being and satisfaction is paramount. Budget establishment, forecasting and proactive management of the same are essential.

Requirements:
This position will require applicants to be well rounded, and highly experienced in property management of residential and commercial projects, with solid knowledge in managing, optimising and delivering tangible results.
