These key roles will be to work the evening shift and or weekends. The organisation will be operating a 16 hour trading day 7 days per week.

The roles will provide operational cover to key functions of the entire Exchange/IT services specially on proactive monitoring, escalations, reporting and executing the routine tasks on different platforms.
• Provide physical environments monitoring and access management of critical Data centres.
• Perform Data Centre operation activities and ensure the successful completion of all processing in accordance with the defined schedules and procedures.
• Execute backup jobs and handle input/output and back-up media.
Interpret application messages and perform required actions or escalate promptly to the concerned support teams.
• Report all identified service breakdowns together with the necessary follow up.
• Assist in executing ongoing operational activities and analyze performance to identify problems.
• Follow the routine preventive maintenance and report all equipment breakdowns together with the necessary follow-up.

Requirements:
Candidates will possess a relevant IT degree and be happy to work the designated shifts of evenings and or weekends. Suitable candidates will also have a good command of English and be willing to under take a period of 3 month training that will take place during normal office hours during the day.
