Job Summary
Formulates concepts and supervises execution of designs for a variety of advertising media by performing the following duties. The Graphic Designer is involved in all stages of the project, from initial concepts, to the completion of a finished product.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct creative research on projects. Come up with original ideas in response to a brief from the marketing manager.
• Monitors projects, ensuring deadlines are met and working effectively under pressure.
• Adopting a flexible approach to working hours.
• Conceptualizes designs and supervises the development of ideas for print that support stories, branding objectives.
• Creates new graphic formats or implements formats approved by the marketing manager to ensure seasonal direction.
• Interacts with print specialists to proof colour separations, and all production execution in the department.
• Develop creative and graphic concepts in collaboration with assigned team.
• Interact regularly with creative partners and other agency departments as needed for completion of assignments.
• Work on assigned brands by designing and maintaining the visual brand and brand guidelines and retailer teams as well as new business projects.
• Minimizing error factor during implementation through accurate presentation of data to engaged team in thy part.
• Participating in market research conducted by the company.
Skills
• Two (2) years experience in graphic designing field with a thorough knowledge of campaigns, planning and implementation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Computer literacy in commonly used graphic software applications.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English).
• Experience with magazine or brochure production is advantage.
• Experience and knowledge in web designing is an important privilege.
Education: Certification or Diploma in related fields. |
