They are currently expanding their HR Consulting functions and are seeking a key HR specialist to join their team. Their offices are spread across the region and include locations such as Dubai, Jordan, Oman, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Doha and Bahrain. The current vacancy is based in Saudi Arabia.

The consultancy provides expert HR consultancy to a range of local and international clients. The service includes most major human capital projects such as;

• Training & development

• HR processes
• Competency frameworks,
• Job evaluation systems.

Requirements:
• Ideally you will have a background in HR consulting and have professional HR Qualifications (SPHR, GPHR) in addition to your first degree.
• Proficiency in Arabic is desirable (but not essential).
• You will be coaching, leading & managing a team of staff of various levels.
