Our client is a growing, successful company and currently needs to increase its HR capability. This role will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager day to day whilst taking full responsibility for the training & development function including the implementation of a capabilities framework matrix, designing training programmes and plans, liaise with and monitor 3rd party training providers and design career development plans.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in HR, minimum 6 years in HR with a focus on training & development including knowledge of instructional design, training delivery and 3rd party management. Certification in MBTI and DDI would be an advantage. Excellent English essential and Arabic preferred. If no Arabic not spoken must at least be familiar with working in the GCC region.
