New HR Manager position - work with senior management team - FMCG experience or multinational manufacturing essential - Arabic speaking preferred.

Reporting to the General Manager along with functional line into Group Human Resource Director you will be responsible for implementing HR programs across the business that will accelerate the growth of the region. As part of the management team you will assist in re-engineering the business with HR policies and procedures that will drive the performance of this FMCG organisation. Specifically this will include divisional responsibility for Compensation & Benefits, Learning &Development, Talent Management, Performance Management and Recruitment. Furthermore, you will work across multiple locations and use your outstanding interpersonal skills to win the hearts minds of stakeholders at all levels. This is a fast paced environment that requires an energetic HR professional with the mindset of joining a world class management team.

Requirements:
You are either a Western expatriate or Arabic speaker who has worked for a FMCG organisation or world class manufacturing organisation with a track record for delivering HR tools, systems and processes that achieve genuine results. Most importantly you possess natural high levels of energy and enthusiasm along with ability and desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You are articulate and looking for an opportunity that allows you to fully utilise your technical and interpersonal skills. Middle East / GCC experience preferred.
