This is an exciting opportunity within a global multifunctional business. Based in Islamabad, you will be working as a Country HR Manager and covering client base of around 450 people in Pakistan & Afghanistan. Managing a team of 5 people, you will be reporting into the Sub Regional HR Manager in Dubai. You will contribute and support the effective implementation of sound Human Resources practices, policies, procedures, communication and administration whilst maintaining good line supervisory and non-supervisory employee relations management across the company. You will be having accountability for raising up and implementing country specific HR related initiatives, liaising with sub region HR and CoE on country specific topics related to the different center of expertise (retention, engagement, compensation and benefits, training and development and other HR functions). The HR Manager would play a proactive part in coaching, mentoring and developments of teams and team members.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have minimum 8 years of experience with demonstrable knowledge of all HR functions, three years of which should have been in a MNC, and in a multicultural environment. Candidate must be a Pakistani National having Experience in Pakistan with Advanced knowledge of English written and spoken. Master's Degree is preferred in Psychology, Organizational Management, and Human Resources. |
