Working with a multinational FMCG chain, this role's main focus is to:
Work effectively across all departments within the store in which the successful candidate is placed, and also those within the Northern Emirates
Ensure functionality within Performance Management System, inductions, manpower planning, work environment, training and development, benefits, employee relations and working conditions and productivity.
Knowledge of UAE labour laws
Suitably educated
Arabic speaking is strongly preferred
Salary is AED 15-18000 per month + flights, education, medical and life insurance
