Our client is a multinational water treatment company having offices in 20 countries and are looking for a Female HR & Administration Executive to support their businesses in Qatar. Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist in developing the business unit's policies and procedures and executing the HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and communication skills to deal with senior executives and the flexibility / willingness to cover administrative tasks. You will cater for the changing business requirements and specifically have a major role in administration and HR.
The main responsibility for this role would be working on strategic HR issues including complex recruitment and Resourcing/Talent management and policy and procedure work. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities across the full HR spectrum, assist in the recruitment and on-boarding process, respond to employee enquiries on HR issues and ensure they are resolved, co-ordinate training courses, manage and update the various HR Information systems related to performance management, etc.
Location: Qatar
Salary: 8000 - 10000 Qatari Riyals
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 - 4 years of experience with demonstrable knowledge of all HR functions in a multicultural environment. Candidate must have Experience in Qatar with Advanced knowledge of English & Arabic, written and spoken. Master's Degree is preferred in Psychology, Organizational Management, and Human Resources. You must have a proven track record working in generalist HR - employee relations, recruitment, policies and procedures. |
