HR and Training Officer

Job Scope:
• Implement training plans for current employees and new hires to ensure employee development and motivation.
• Implement recruitment policies to ensure professional and qualified candidates are recruited.
• Implement all personnel administration of employees
• Enhancing the communication between the management and the employees and ensure that all employees are informed of all info related to their job and rights.
• Review station reports (turnover, surveys), analyze reports in coordination with station/country manager to solve any problematic issues to retain employees.
• Maintain knowledge of the legal requirements and government regulations affecting Human Resources functions to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate social events for the station.
• Administer a rewarding system to recognize high achievers
• Create and update local policies and local employee handbook

Requirements:
Job Requirements:
• Libyan citizen residing in Tripoli
• Preferably a female
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• HR and/or Training experience is a must (minimum one year)
• English Proficiency
• Computer proficiency (MS Applications: Word, Excel, Power Point and outlook)
• Knowledge of local labor law is preferred
• Age not more than 32 years old
