The Head of Asset Management will be responsible for the development of asset functions, prepare policies, procedures and manage the department. The candidate must have a charismatic personality with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. The candidate will have to play a leading role in business development for the department and in the development of new client relationships.
The key roles will include the following functions:
-Establishing and developing new business relationships
-Scan the markets for investment opportunities
-Identifying and visiting prospective clients for presentation of company services
-Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific contacts and targets
-Participate on behalf of the company in networking events
-Review research analysis, prepare and review investment recommendations and proposals
-Prepare and Review Investment Policy Statements (IPS)
-Manage, Develop and monitor company funds and client portfolios
-Prepare the annual investment plans and budgets, monitor the budgets and report on the variance.
-Set-up performance evaluation parameters and periodic reporting on overall investment performance.

Requirements:
The candidate must be a self starter and target driven with a strong track record of revenue generation and business development. He should have the following qualifications:
-Minimum 12 - 14 years of experience in Investment Management with at least the last 3 years spent in a similar capacity at a large reputable organization
-Extensive Knowledge and Experience in the Saudi / GCC Market is a must with a strong business relationship network
-MBA from a reputed business school and/or CFA
-Sound knowledge of the Saudi Arabian Investment Funds Regulations
-Must be fluent in Arabic and English languages
-Strong Presentation and Communication Skills
-Knowledge of GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards) is an advantage
