The head of brokerage will be responsible for the supervision of the daily activities of the department. The primary responsibilities will include business development, for the revenue generation and profitability of the department.
The head of brokerages role will include:

-Establish and develop new business relationships
-Identify and visit prospective clients for presentation of company services
-Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific contacts and targets
-Participate on behalf of the company in networking events
-Supervise the brokerage activities including front, middle and back office
-Prepare and update business plans and budgets for the brokerage department and report on the variance
-Develop and maintain strong communications with CMA and Tadawul, and work closely with compliance officer to ensure all guidelines are met
-Communicate with other local and international financial institutions to propose and develop structured products
-Oversee opening/closing of accounts and sign off on account statements

Requirements:
Candidates will be preferably a Saudi national who will have extensive experience in the Saudi market and be well versed in all investment regulations. The candidate will have to have a proven track record for growing the brokerage business in his current organization. The candidate must have the following qualifications:

-Minimum 12 - 15 years of experience in Investment Management and brokerage with at least the last 3 years spent in a similar capacity at a large reputable organization
-B.A. / BBA or MBA from a reputed university and/or CFA
-Extensive Knowledge of the Saudi / GCC Market
-Must be fluent in Arabic and English languages
-Strong Presentation and Communication Skills
-Successful track record in sales and business development
