A British multinational, with Saudi headquarters in Riyadh, is looking to recruit a Head of HR for it's largest division.
This diversified business is already well established in the Middle East but is looking to expand rapidly over the coming years.
The role will direct all HR activities and report into the divisional CEO.
You will have approximately 35 staff within the HR function which you will oversee via departmental managers.
The position offers a competitive salary and great career progression.
Requirements:
English is essential but Arabic would also be a definite advantage.
You should have at least 15 years experience within HR, with at least 7 in a managerial capacity.
Preference will be given to candidates who have already experienced working in Riyadh and who have an understanding of how to tailor global HR policies to a local labor market.
