My client is a leading multinational firm who are well positioned around the globe with a strong brand. They are undergoing a period of consolidation and expansion throughout the world, and as part of this are looking for a Head of HR to head up their business in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, and running a small HR team there, you will report into the Head of HR for MENA & Asia, and work as part of the Country Management team. Your responsibilities will be to drive the change agenda as the business grows, and support this growth through the introduction of robust HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:
The candidate for this role must be an Indonesian national. Ideally you will have strong experience in a multinational, cross-cultural environment, ideally in financial services. You will be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders on a strategic level, but also happy to roll your sleeves up and help with the day-to-day running of the business when needed. Credibility and strong communication skills are a necessity.
