A newly established construction and real estate firm is looking for an Omani candidate to head their HR function.

This candidate will be responsible for directing all HR activities and will advise on policies and procedures which can help grow their business and diversify their workforce.

Recruitment will initially play a large part of the job specification so previous experience is this field will be greatly advantageous.

Requirements:
The candidate must be an Omani National.

A Bachelor's degree is essential and a Master's is preferred.

The candidate should have 10 years HR experience with at least 5 in a managerial capacity.

You should be able to converse in English. Arabic will be your first language.

Excellent communication skills are required for this role.
