Our client, an international hospitality and F&B organisation, is looking for a Head of HR that can make a lasting impression on the staff and play a major part in the long-term plans of the business.
We are not looking for your average HR Manager, but someone that has great ideas and wants to implement new policies and procedures whilst making the organisation an even better place to work! This is a key position and you will be a highly motivated and career driven individual capable of handling all aspects of the HR function whilst still having an eye for the smaller details.
Requirements:
You should have previously been involved in either a setup organisation or a restructure with ideally two years experience working in the Middle East with six years total experience in human resources. The role will be pivotal in implementing HR and training practices appropriate to a modern organisation which values diversity and work-life balance. Previous experience within hospitality or F&B would be extremely advantageous.
