Responsibilities:
• Responsible for motivating his team with appropriate direction to provide the highest level of Service to Customers.
• Overlook the day-to-day management, underwriting and operations of health U/W Dept.
• New products development and documentation for medical and health products.
• Ensure all procedures and underwriting guidelines are fully adhered to by supporting staff.
• Develop sound underwriting guidelines and constantly review them to keep up with market changes.

Education level:
• graduated with Bachelor Degree / insurance qualification, CII or equivalent will be plus.

Experience:
• (10-15) years relevant working experience in operations of health and medical insurance in an insurance organization.
