My client, large big four in the Middle East is seeking experienced HR Professional for the role of consultants in the Human Capital practice in their Business Advisory Solutions service line. The desired candidates should have 4 to 8 years of robust experience in various HR functions in an established organization. The growing Human Capital practice at Kuwait is staffed by multinational work force including HR and Business Management professionals and is involved in interesting and stimulating HR consulting assignment in both the private and public sector.
The ideal candidate should relish challenges and should be willing to take independent initiatives in developing the Human Capital practice in Kuwait and elsewhere in the Middle East if required. As part of the BAS service line, the candidate may also get exposure to consulting opportunities in the business process, technology and risk consulting domains.
Requirements:
• MBS, preferably specialized in HR from leading business school
• 7+ years relevant work experience and proven track with reputed organizations
• Minimum 6 years in Consultancy/Advisory role within HR Consulting firms or as line HR Managers with any Bluechip companies
• Dynamic, motivated, flexible, confident and result-orientated personality with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Some of the areas, the candidate should have had exposure to include: organization and HR Strategy; organization design/structuring and job structuring including job evaluations; compensation and benefits structuring; performance management systems, career and succession planning; competency development and assessment centres; HR Management Systems and ERP environment; Training & Development; change management; and leadership development
Candidates with good industry background in Finanicial Services (Banking/Investment Co's) or Oil & Gas will be preferred.
