We are looking for an experienced Arabic speaking HR Manager to be based in Amman Jordan that posses the following skills:
-Make sure that HR processes are in alignment with the overall Companies HR policies and processes.
-Implement and conduct the Performance Management Process (PMP).
-Facilitate and consultation to management on succession planning.
-Provide an objective way to assess performance as a basis for rewards and also provide an environment which is conductive to growth and development for key players.
-Support management in translating and aligning results of the PMP into compensation and benefits ensuring fair system of appraisal and rewards based on their performance and company guidelines.
-Formulate job descriptions for new positions in partnership with line managers, initial screening and interviewing, reference checking of candidates to fill up vacancies.
-Work with the HR team in inculcating a culture wherein employees believe in knowledge enhancement transfer of knowledge and their own self development with HR as a facilitator in the process.
-In coordination with the management team develop the HR transactional process and action plan.
-Act as a business partner being a facilitator, trusted advisor and coach on all HR related issues for the business.
-Overall responsibility for compensation and benefits function for recommending relevant changes to the compensation policies and practices
-Responsible for all administration of compensation and benefits.
-Responsible for developing and administering the orientation function for all new staff in accordance with the overall strategy defined at the departmental level.
-Responsible for development and enhancement of HR policies
-Responsible for employee relations, discipline, grievance resolution process
-To lead and play an active part in any organization restructuring or design exercises to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policy with all concerned.
-Manage all employee relations/legal issues.
Skills
-Master's Degree/Diploma in HR.
-Good knowledge of the corporate business.
-Basic knowledge in labor Law.
-Excellent recruiting knowledge.
-Good Communication Skills.
-Leadership skills and ability to lead an HR team and also coordinate with employees at senior management levels.
-Presentation skills.
-Personnel administration.
