General Description:
Manage a human resources department, oversees administration of hiring, retention, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies.
Responsibilities include:
• development and administration of personnel rules and regulations,
• pay and job classification structure/ Grading system,
• setting programs for employee training and team building,
• Able to handle an operation that holds over 1200 employees.
• Plans and implements new projects to fill out gaps.
• Demonstrates objective analysis.
