A leading International Education Service Provider is looking to enhance the HR Dept with the recruitment of a Human Resources Officer.
The role has an operational bias with the scope to transition into a more strategic opportunity. The main objectives will be to act as the HR representative within employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, induction and grievance procedures. You will assist in the design and development of HR policy and procedure and communicate HR best practice to the business.
Requirements:
Ideally you will have held a similar role for 3 + years in the Middle East. The ability to communicate at all levels and think on your feet is critical. The role requires a candidate that has excellent operational HR experience in recruitment, induction, L&D, employee relations and day to day HR activities. Aligning the business with HR best practice is one of the main objective and therefore engaging with stakeholders is essential.
