1.Setting up annual plan and objectives for department.
2.Managing department operating budget in line with allocated amounts.
3.Identifying and evaluating vendors for software and hardware purchases and maintenance according to system requirements, specifications, cost and time line and selection of the appropriate ERP system (for finance, HR, etc) for example Great plains.
4.Developing policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computerized systems' operations and development for the Company, ensuring implementation alignment and proper enforcement of the policies.
5.Responsible for all IT projects' delivery according to plan and within budget.

Requirements:
• B.Sc in IT.
• 7+ years experience in IT, 3 of which in IT management.
• Candidates must be proficient in Arabic and English.
