Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform workflow studies to maintain optimum & safe utilization of plant resources.
• Provide ongoing review and effective utilization of production methods, plant layout, material handling, personnel, equipment and material.
• Drive lean manufacturing in a consistent and structured manner through trend reporting analysis and metrics management
• Establish efficient work methods and labor standards for new and existing operations based on method/process analysis
• Perform time studies on manufacturing processes to verify existing standards and create new production standards.
• Conduct layout improvements studies.
• Develop and implement required process work instructions and procedures.

Skills
• 2 - 5 years experience.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
