Instrumentation and Control Section
Instrumentation and Control Section Head - BS in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering
Good Technical Knowledge in Oil and Gas Field and with Management Capability. Shall be capable of leading a team, coordinate with other disciplines and with client. 15 to 20 years experience.
Control. - Shall be able to prepare
• Technical and Functional specification of various system like PLC, RTU, DCS, TMS, and SCADA.
• Piping and Instrument drawings, elementary diagram, logic diagram, wiring diagram and construction scope of work.
• Familiar with Electrical area classification plan and Hazards Identification plan.
• Fire and Gas detection system.
• Know-how of Smart Plant Instrumentation (InTools) preferable
Instrumentation - Shall be able to prepare/perform.
• Sizing and selection of the control valve and the actuator / positioners.
• Sizing and selection of the various flow meter (Venturi, coriolis meter, magnetic flow meter, etc.)
• Sizing of Relief valves.
• Sizing of Thermowell
• Selection of field instruments and prepare specification sheet.
• Technical and Functional specification of metering skid and Analyzers.
