Job Description:
• Provide consultancy in the areas of intellectual property, and corporate and commercial law;
• Handle Intellectual Property litigation before courts and related official departments;
• Handle opposition and cancellation actions and provisional enforcement measures;
• Draft and review Intellectual Property related commercial contracts and agreements;
• Participate in policy work related to Intellectual Property Rights in Jordan; and
• Assist in client management.

Skills
Qualifications:
• Membership in the Jordan Bar Association;
• A graduate degree in law in the areas of Intellectual Property, Corporate , or Commercial Law, preferably from an English speaking jurisdiction;
• Minimum practical experience of 5 years in the areas of Intellectual Property and Corporate Law ;
• 4-5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation;
• Understanding of international Intellectual Property systems and treaties;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic;
• Ability to work within a team and meet tight deadlines;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Ability to manage client relations effectively and with high degree of professionalism;
• Ability to work with minimum supervision yet within a team;
• Experience in client management and ability to work with advanced law practice software.
