Our client is one of the leading educational and traning institute operating through various global branches. Is looking to identify an Internal Auditor.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Internal Auditor is responsible for assisting in developing and adhering to an internal audit program. The Internal Auditor will carry out internal audits of all books and records and general and accounting procedures at any time deemed appropriate The Internal Auditor will assist in making recommendations to management from time to time regarding:
1) Operational controls and safeguards;
2) The financial systems, including accounting and control procedures for all financial risks;
3) Regulatory compliance;
4) Adherence to policies and procedures and
5) Any new risk matters which are identified.

The Internal Auditor will ensure that audits conducted are consistent with management objectives, as well as undertake specific tasks as directed by the Audit Committee.
The Internal Auditor will assist management in formulating risk management and other policies.
The Internal Auditor will provide advice and opinions concerning internal control procedures and compliance issues.

The Internal Auditor will provide assistance to external auditors in preparing schedules, conducting audit testing, and gathering requested documents and information. The Internal Auditor will meet with the external auditors at least once each year as part of the audit and planning cycles.

Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Skills A qualified chartered accountant or equivalent with 4-5 years internal audit experience, with a total experience of not less than 10 years as an accountant. Would need to be well experienced in making written and oral reports to senior management. Writing out new policies and reviewing existing ones would be part of the job responsibilities; hence experience in this area is a must. Would also require effective project management, supervisory skills, a focus on interpersonal skills within a multi-cultural organization

BENEFITS:

Salary between SAR8,000-SAR10,000 depending upon qualification & experience plus housing, transport, medical, yearly (30) days vacation and round trip economy air-ticket to home country, single status.
