Design / detail Engineering and Construction Engineering activities for Piping / Pipeline components for the project(s) assigned, in accordance with the Company established procedures.

Assigning responsibilities to Engineers & Draftsmen, activity planning, work scheduling and monitoring to meet the project schedule with resource optimization.

Development of project specific specifications, piping layouts, design calculation, stress analysis, procurement specification & material engineering, field engineering. Interface with other disciplines, user departments and Clients.

Responsible for Estimation (Engineering & fabrication m'hrs, material cost) for MIS bids.

Requirements:
Activity planning, work scheduling and monitoring. Inter disciplinary checks & coordination.

Guiding in the preparation of Plot plans, Equipment layouts, Piping layouts and reviewing.

Guiding and reviewing the Design calculations, Piping Stress Analysis.

Preparation of Design basis, Project specific specifications for EPC projects and other projects involving Basic / Detail engineering. Feasibility studies and Tender document preparation.

Material Engineering which includes preparation of Purchase specifications, Purchase requisitions, Technical bid analysis, Vendor document / drg evaluation after order.

Construction engineering activities including MTO's, shop drgs and job package preparation and issue.

Site survey for jobs & bids, co-ordination with internal departments, Clients & Inspection Agencies.

Review of bid enquiry documents and clarifications / qualifications, estimation activities like MTO, Fabrication m'hr, Engineering m'hr and Material cost estimates

Willing to work on remote sites.
