1.To analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
2.To allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
3.Sets up and leases for insurance issuance to all employees.
4.Monitors the employees' daily attendance by checking the finger print report and daily time sheets. Cross checks absences against supporting documents, as well as justifications from superiors.
5.Monitors employees' relations (Staff database, management ).
6.Ensures accuracy in payroll elements data entry.
7.Handles the filing of all personnel documents such as pay slips, payroll supporting documents, certificates
8.Performs report analysis and prepares status on operations and services activities.
9.Ensures liability of the legal status of all employees.
Requirements:
Skills
The successful candidate for this role must be a self-starter who is an experienced in Administration, Personnel and Legal. With not less than 5 years of experience in a Logistics Management position.
The candidate should have a wide knowledge in the GCC labor laws and should have a vast experience in planning and Team work.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, is a must.
