• Plan freight trips and choosing solutions for Raw Material and Finished Goods

• Share in Coordination of processes & relations between Procurement team and the consolidation points.

• Prepare pick up requests by collecting them from the Procurement team & follow its collection with the consolidation point.

• Follow all outstanding shipments with our forwarding companies.

• Report the delays of each shipment.

• Arrange for any special shipment such as Hand carries & follows it up till the receipt on site.

• Analyze recharges to & from suppliers and forwarding companies.

• Review all the invoices sent from our freight forwarding before send it to the finance for payments.

• Coordinate between freight forward company and procurement team and stores team for both inbound and outbound shipments.
