Be able to carry out all duties assigned to Material Controlman in addition to the following additional duties.
Enter on line PATIS D.C. requisitions, with a full knowledge of approval authorities, import requirements, inspections company standards.
Be able to send on-line message communication direct to buyers via user to user and fax systems.
Request all on-line system reports as related to these functions.
Assist in the analysis of parts lists to identify those material which are not stocked, based on this analysis obtain information for their cataloging action.
Have a full understanding of material cost reporting systems, and be able to prepare a letter to open a job phase.
Train materials trainees in the basic maintenance material controlman
Responsible for all rotatable/exchange materials with the control unit.
Oversee all record keeping for audit purposes including direct charge.
Prepare all necessary correspondence related to expediting of material allocations and overdue direct charge orders.
Requirements:
High School/Higher Secondary with . Ten (10) years relevant experience including a minimum of 2 years as Sr. Maintenance Material Controlman.
Ability to type 25 words per minute and be familiar with CRT operations.
