Maintenance Coordinator Global Health Partner |

We are looking for an enthusiastic Maintenance Coordinator with a good grounding in engineering, mechanical and electrical experience. You will be working on non-complex engineering and building issues throughout the Centre premises often in a high security environment.
A facilities maintenance technician, you will be responsible for general painting, repair and basic remodeling duties. This position works with and may supervise contractors and oversee the timely and quality completion of all maintenance projects.
You will also be responsible to escort contractors who carry out our specialist work around the site.
Requirements:
You will have at least 5 years of progressive experience, preferably in a hospital or health provider environment.
Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering and/or building services.
You will be a logical thinker, well motivated team player as well as having an understanding of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.
