1. Manages the operation and activities of the Marketing & Corporate Communication Department in accordance within company operation budgets
2. Develops Marketing and Communication statergies,policies and procedures to support the company business and operating plans in conjuction with the chief of corporate service and Department Managers.
3. Manages and oversees the allocation of resources,conduct of activities and production of agreed outputs to agreed service levels within the marketing & corporate communications Department to achieve set operational goals/targets.
4. Oversees compliance with Marketing & Communication policies and procedures across the authority.
5. Provides information and recommendations for planning purposes from an Marketing & Communications perspectives as requested.
6, Leads the develpoment and implementations of Marketing&Communication procedures across the authority including
- Selection or developement of Marketing and Communication tools
- Development of corporate sponsorship programs
- Identification of targets and monitoring of Market development
- Employment of advertising agencies,media,and service providers
- Analysis of statistical data in relation to Marketing and Communication issues
7,Qualification - Bachelors in communication,Business Administration or Marketing from accredited University or equivalent in area of speciality
8, Minimum of 8-10 years of Marketing experience
in a senior management capacity, and prior experience in Marketing planning and operations. |
