An opportunity has arisen for a Material Supplies Officer to join our Centre. You will manage the day to day activities associated with supply management, including receiving, storing and distributing all supplies to meet the needs of the Centre in a timely and efficient cost effective manner.
The Materials Supplies Officer is expected to demonstrate a collaborative leadership style focused on service excellence and support of organizational goals and initiatives. This position reports to the General Manager.
Requirements:
You will have a degree ideally in Business, Materials Management or Professional certification in purchasing/supply from world recognised associations.
Being IT literate, you must have at least 5 years experience ideally working in a healthcare materials management or similar background, with knowledge of on line system and materials management software.
With effective communication and influencing skills, you will have had previous experience of supervising a team whilst paying attention to detail and deadlines with a diligent approach to work.
