Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) - BS in Mechanical Engineering
Perform and lead the design of mechanical building services (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting) for small to large projects. Responsible for preparation of design drawings, equipment selection & specifications and material take-off.
• Minimum 10 Years experience in mechanical building services design.
• Familiar with ASHRAE, NFPA and other relevant standards.
• Experience in UPC, UBC, and/or IPC, IBC & IFC.
• Good verbal and written English and communication skills.
• Experience with HVAC load calculation software (Elite and HAP) and sprinkler hydraulic calculation software (such as Elite-Fire)
• Capable to supervise and guide engineering team.
