Responsible for:
• Receiving POS files from Credimax and NBB
• Post POS Files to Prime System
• Balancing and checking the POS files
• Generate merchant Reports
• Informing Treasury of forthcoming merchant payments
• Reconciling the merchant reports against actual payments to merchants
• Preparing and sending merchant Payments - cheque or transfer
• Posting out remittance slips to merchants
• Deal with Merchant Payment Enquiries

Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of the bank policies and procedures, Credit Card Operation knowledge a great advantage
• Good Verbal and written communication skills
• Able to resolve day to day problems
• Able to Multitask
• Able to meet deadlines
• Quick Learner
• Provide support to retail operation team

The right candidate must have Operational payments knowledge.
This is a non-managerial role.
