We are seeking an experienced Office Manager that will be responsible for organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing travel arrangements for company staff and management
2. Scheduling meetings and appointments;
3. delegating work and workload planning for other departments
4. Ordering office supplies, furniture, stationery etc
5. dealing with post and emails;
6. Preparing administrative letters
7. supervising the work of clerical and secretarial staff,
8. liaising with members of the senior management team;
9. Keeping records and filing
10. organizing the recruitment of new staff;
11. controlling the office budget;
12. dealing with complex queries and complaints on the telephone, by email and in person;
13. coordinating and administering human resource issues;
14. organizing office maintenance and repair work;
15. supervising the implementation of new office systems;
Skills
• Bachelor degree in Business administration or equivalent from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years office management experience
• Fluent verbal and writing in English and Arabic
• Excellent communication skills is a must
• Dynamic personality, and ability to work under pressure
• Special attention to overall look and presentation
