• Responsible for petty cash.
• Organizing ( trips, hotel booking, air tickets booking, conferences & events ).
• Receiving invoices prepare payment requests for each invoice & send it to the finance.
• Providing personal assistance to the CEO and other managers of the company as needed as well as other general office tasks as they may arise from time to time.
• Providing general office support such as, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, telephone answering, shipping and receiving of samples and general firm supplies, filing of documents, maintain a tidy and respectable office, purchase general office supplies, provide general assistance at events and trade shows that we may be involved in.
Job Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.- Excellent command of English language and basic Arabic. - Presentable- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. - Excellent time management skills. - Excellent calendar management skills, including complex office coordination. - Result, Process and Quality oriented - Logical and Self motivated - Team Player |
