A leading International Consultancy currently require a Corporate Trainer / Learning and Development advisor.

Duties:
• Organising and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office - responsible for day to day running of the office
• In charge of reception, receptionist, drivers, office assistant and business support employees
• Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff
• Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and outputs
• Holding meeting with senior management to review performance
• Liaising with other administrative teams

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic Speaker
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office 2003-2007
• Excellent oral & written English
• Self-motivated and well-organised
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
