Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree required. Graduate Degree preferred.
- 8 to 10 years experience in a Management Level position dealing with Inspection / Assessment Protocols

Responsibilities and Performance Critics:

- Develop, motivate, and supervise the Operations Department staff in order to ensure effective output from them.
- Direct, manage and approve the operation department budget.
- Monitor and ensure locations are inspected as per schedule and review the periodical reports.
- Manage the inspection and assessment activities through constant coordination of the inspectors and assessors.
- Prepare and manage periodic inspection programs for the team and monitor and ensure adherence and proper implementation of the programs.

Skills and Abilities;

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of facilities management inspection and assessment protocols.
