My client is looking for a change and training manager who will plan and supervise the delivery of change management and training deliverables connected with Oracle ERP implementation for the Public Sector in a GCC country.

Change and Training Manager - Oracle ERP implementation
• A total of at least 7 years of work experience including at least two years of consulting experience with a reputed firm.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the Public Sector of a GCC country.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP financials.
• Demonstrate ability to manage people and plan components of engagements along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
• A significant experience in change and training management for an ERP implementation
• Development leader, senior talent & change management
• Individual and team mentoring and capacity development

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organization alignment, stakeholder management and communication, and dealing with HR infrastructure
