1. Responsible for consulting to IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities.
2. Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing systems as they relate to Oracle.
3. Specific responsibilities include the following, as it relates to Oracle Module: - Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, designs and specifies functional and technical solutions and provides project management through solution implementation.
4. Designs test cases that ensure that implemented solutions function without error or disruption to business operations.
5. Develops and maintains a complete and accurate understanding of how one or more business units conduct its business.
6. Maintains a detailed knowledge of the business current technology and infrastructure.
7. Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction.
8. Works with team to implement and support in a production environment and participates in the ongoing analysis of new releases, including set up, testing and implementation when appropriate.
9. Works with end-users to provide functional and technical expertise for system issues.
10. Deliver functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
11. Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.
12. Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
13. Engagement in projects may include various project roles such as project coordinating team leading in addition to implementation consulting.
14. Responsible for any other related activity as requested by his/her direct Manager.
