• Responsible for managing the PKI operations team whose responsibilities will include:
• PKI operations and administrations
• PKI Registration Authority in processing certification requests
• PKI 1st line support.
• Responsible for implementing the proper certificate policies and for implementing the operational procedures documented in the PKI operational framework.
• Owner of the PKI infrastructure including hardware and software. As such he regularly identifies areas of operations which require hardware and software upgrades and liaise with suppliers for performing these updates.
• Responsible for maintaining and owning the PKI overall architecture. As such, you will be responsible for applying any required implementation and configuration changes to the PKI whenever required.
• Reports to the relevant PKI board of directors the general status of PKI certifications services offered, including the number of certificate issued, etc.
• Liaises with relevant subcontractors (including PKI product vendor, HW vendors, ...) as required for matters related to maintaining proper PKI operations and support.
• Responsible and owner of any hardware and software issues that may arise. He liaises with his team for resolving these issues according to proper administration and maintenance procedures. He is responsible for escalating non-resolved issues towards suppliers.
• Coordinates any required key ceremonies related to PKI including key ceremonies for external CAs.
• Responsible for knowledge transfer towards relevant person from the PKI operations team
Requirements:
Applicants must posses a Computer Science degree (or other degree in a related discipline) and a minimum of 8 years commercial experience.
Our client has a strong preference for people with fluent Arabic language skills.
